Hope that someone can help, i have noticed that some T3's haveΒ b'twin wrote in capitals and some in lower case, is there any difference in the bikes? I think it's to do with where they're made. Can't remember which way round it is. Romania and Italy . If you look on the rear of your down tube it will have it on there.

Not that, my 57 frame was made in Italy & the 60 was made in Romania, both have small writing.

My frame is made in Italy and was purchased June 2012. Lower case font for the B'twin

I had hear that there was a copyright issue with the logo, but I have no idea how true it is, but it looks like a recent change, I have 1 tyre with b'twin and the other has BTWIN both bought at the same time
It may just be they thought the old logo looked rubbish and did some slight rebranding

It does look better and sits more nicely on the frame.

The B'TWINs came out towards the end of last year and had nicer looking brakes. They were discontinued and we heard T3s would be available just as a UK model. This 'new' T3UK (different part No) came with the old b'twin logo and brakes - already the right way round for the UK. There are only a limited number of these frames available (I think they found them in a warehouse somewhere) being assembled in batches - hence the sporadic delivery. Possibly there is some issue with using the old logo on the continent?

The reason: the B'Twin man looked like the Tour of Britain man.
