I use a Count 14+ and strava to record my rides. There are always differences in the recorded values for speed & calories.
For my ride on Sunday, strava recorded a max speed of 34.7mph with calories burned of 1203. The Count 14+ (and geonaute software) gave me a top speed of 26.8mph and 2361 calories burned.
I have the count 14 set up to take readings every 5 secs which may account for the speed differences but the calories are way off. Just interested as to which values are the more reliable.
What do you think?
Thanks
Mark
