Great idea RocketWill be a good gauge to see how much of a gluttoness lot we are over the Christmas period again. I have no real excuse as I own a turbo trainer. Trouble is it's not equipped with all the whistles and bells and virtual ride hook ups so I generally have to use my imagination or follow some of the GCN videos and the like. Does tend to get a bit borrrriinnnnng!!!

Don't forget to log your pre-Christmas weights here on Dec 24th so we can all scoff at your scoffing in the new year The big days almost here! I had a weigh in this morning and I'm thrilled to be at my lowest weight all year. A focused December so far has really helped. I'm probably going to have today and tomorrow 'off' but then looking to keep it good until I re-weigh on New Years Day. First jobs today, head off to supermarket to buy beer for today/tomorrow but in anticipation of all the bad food I'm going to go to the gym for an hour at 8am. There no way I'm going cycling in the grip of storm Barbara . Weight today - 13st 11.0lbs (87.6kg) BMI 23.4%

I'm in good shape due to plenty of fat burning days on a recent long tour. Eat, drink and be merry mode now.

My post ride weight is now 70.9Kg I'm not far off popping my clogs now Roysters so figures don't offer much significance seeing as though I'll be pushing up daisy's soon. It is interesting to note that you are still trying to compete with old codgers though....

Another old codger here, didn't weigh myself this morning but been about 70kg lately, hoping to be lower not higher in the new year. Had a lingering cold the last couple of weeks, not bad but felt worse whenever I've tried to do anything so been taking it easy, looking foreward to getting back on it soon

My God I'd love a weight that started with a 7! About 82kg usually and just over 6ft. Mrs S moans if I get too skinny!

Another old codger here, got below 80Kg thanks to 2 years of bike to work. Edit - wished I'd weighed at the start of it all. I'll have a bit of work to do when I finally recover from the broken arm. Doesn't help that I had Christmas lunch a day early!

I'm bracing myself for some disgraceful weight gains to be announced in a few days. Mine won't be one of them. How about the biggest gainer (loser) gets banned for a month?
