Popped in both Warrington Lidl's last night, tired on a Large jacket but too big, medium was fine and seemed to be decent quality but they only had black, not what i wanted for work so left it. Only had a couple of the large (City?) saddles left too so again didn't bother - wanted the small one to stick on my MTB.

Tried on various sizes of the jacket (men's and women's) but none were a good fit. I'm seem to be between sizes again. Didn't try a men's small as they didn't have any so might try the other Lidl later today or tomorrow.
Was also considering the smallest saddle but they didn't have any. Would like to change my saddle but don't want to shell out on an expensive one that ends up being awful. I can handle wasting £7.99.

Steph, there is no such thing as men's small. DOn't bother looking for that, they don't make them.

[/p][/quote] Apparently Aldi sell a small saddle, and their event is coming up soon, end of the month, April, I think? I'm in the same position, still using a tatty mtb saddle just because it's comfortable. Would like something nice, and a cheap one should give a good idea on what going to be nice, or not nice.

Did a 27 miler on the new LIDL saddle this morning. Really happy with it.

I bought a track pump, and it's just about worth £4.99, I can barely get 100 psi from it.

Haven't had any problems with the track pump as yet. It does need quite a firm push to get over 100.

Bought a couple of the red and black jerseys and a couple of pairs of mitts. Only the blue one matched my bike! Decided to keep the fluoro jacket. Been using it for cold commutes - Pretty good. I also picked up a pair of (last year's) gloves - They match the T5 pretty well too!

Went to four local Lidls at various points during the day in an effort to try and pick up the red soft shell jacket. 3 of them only had the black/blue ones left and the fourth had a pile of those plus three fluoro ones. Was tempted but I have two fluoro long sleeve jerseys from Aldi last year that are still going strong. Ah well. Just proves that red ones go faster! Was in Lidl while on holiday in Portugal and they happened to have some of the soft shell jackets left including a few in red! Managed to pick one up in medium. It's definitley a bit aero and I would have probably gone for a large if they had one but it's a good incentive to stick to the minimiser plan. Really nice jacket and reckon it was an even better deal with the purchase in Euros. Also picked up a long sleeved Jersey from a previous Lidl collection that they had there for just under 10 Euros. Glad there was space left in the suitcase for those.
