Since becoming part of the cycling community have your habits changed? Do you find yourself giving cyclists more room than you used to? Do you check out a cyclists bike whenever you see one out on the road? Have you become accustomed to seeing what the said cyclist is also wearing? Do you think "ooh, brave fella, " when out in the pouring rain or very cold conditions? Do you ever inwardly critique a cyclists riding style, eg cadence too slow/fast, giving it too much side to side, his pedalling is not rounded enough etc. Feel free to comment. I'm interested in what the replies could be. it's been three years now. Three crashes each one getting more serious then the one before! Still riding! With now the required two plus one bikes my stable is full, the computer room too small and the wife slowly accepting that the girls are here to stay. I love bike candy, always check out the curves on another bike, paint scheme and kit. It's second nature now. You've got the formula wrong. It's not two plus one, it's n plus one where n is the number of bikes you currently own.

I'm interested in what the replies could be. 1. I've always given them room. Don't want them being blown or swerving into my car! 2. Yes. Normally to see if its a Triban and to scoff if its not! 3. Yes. Often to look to see if its something that would suit me - Normally its not! 4. Yes. Normally if I see them on some of the really nasty hills. Especially going up one that I would only ever consider going down. 5. I think my thoughts are more of wishing that I could ride as well as them or thinking about whether their saddle height is correct. Often its looking at how much better they are doing in areas where I think I have faults.
