Found this site when googling to see if a Triban could be converted into a CX bike.

Found the site when I was looking for reviews of the Triban 5, which my wife bought last week and I've just put in my request for a cycle to work cert.

I found the site whilst reading a review of the new 2014 releases from B'Twin. It mentioned there was a Triban Owner's Forum! How could I resist? The link's here.

I did read that, and wondered who the forum member might be.

I was aware that there was a Triban 3 Owners club but can't remember exactly where. Came to it today looking for hints on upgrading the beloved Red 3

Hi, I'm Peter and this is my first post here. I'll post my intro a bit later. I was looking for an entry level bike and someone mentioned the Triban3 on an Indian cycling forum. Everyone else said "Don't go for it, it's not worth". So I decided to check out what is "So Bad" about this bike. Turns out it not "So bad" after all. This forum showed up in my google search and that's how I'm here. Surprisingly there's not much information about this bike on the net other than in this forum.

Our most exoticly-located member perhaps? Stick the pin in that, Spoakes! There is plenty good about the Triban range and not a lot bad, plenty of info here. Not sure what Evans Cycles will charge for delivery to Goa though! Enjoy reading around the forum, Peter.

Didn't know my location was exotic. I actually found the Triban range quite VFM. I checked out a Triban5 at Decathlon in Algeciras, Spain a few days ago and I quite liked it. The new Sora shifters are also quite nice. Sort of like the Tiagra ones. I don't think I'll order from Evans as I should be able to get one somewhere in India itself. That would work out cheaper. Will start the hunt once I'm back home and hopefully you'll see the pictures in the other thread.

Found it via one of the reviews on the T5a on the Decathlon site.
