Has anyone successfully removed their b'twin decal without causing damage to the frame or the paintwork ? Would like to change them to a B'TWIN decal. Furthermore would like to remove the logo on the front of the bike. Any suggestions ?

The decals on bikes now tend to have laquer over the top so they are not on the frame surface. If you find that there is something the you can 'feel the edge if then it can be removed. Usual good starting point is to use a hair dryer to activate the glue on the graphic allowing you to peel easier. And then you can use an alcohol cleaner to remove the sticky residue.
Don't try picking, or using tools to lift anything off, you will end up only taking little bits off and then it turns into a sanding and repairing job.

IMO best don't worry about it, just ride it - it's a budget bike, not a fashion statement. Why do this anyway? Who really cares what you're riding? Can you see the decal as you climb a 20% er? Or is just knowing it's there slowing you down? If you are seriously thinking of progressing this, bear in mind that Aluminium is not as easy to work as Steel, you can't just hit it hard with a scraper then 'wet and dry' any stubborn bits as the material is softer and may end up gouged and uneven, making it difficult to finish again with a smooth sheen, which is what you're after, or why bother doing the exercise. As said already, the decals are under lacquer, to remove them manually will cause damage that needs tidying before respraying. Companies that respray/re-coat Aluminium frames professionally remove the paint chemically. The time off road is a factor, to do it properly will take a while. This is why IMO it's best to put the energy into riding it.

You could have some vinyl graphics printed so they wrap around the down tube. Either a white stripe with the B'TWIN logo on like: or try to match the red and have a white logo.

thatd be like wearing a fake armani suit, you just dont rebadge any old frame as an italian masterpiece
so the decal isnt the best, big deal really, unless you plan to sell it under the premise it IS a colnago or bianchi - not nice
at worst you could always get the frame carbon wrapped, costs about 100 quid to do it via those vehicle wrappers - got it costed for my cluad butler and ive seen pics that look good but as soon as you lift the thing you are exposed as a faker
keep as is and spend your money on better wheels would be my take on it

I think your missing the point, the decal was an example of what you could do to hide the horrible Bwin decals they dont have to be a bike brand, you could get anything printed. I'm thinking a pure red sticker to hide the man on the front

I love the looks of my lower case T3, as it's different. All posh knob bike brands seem to write their names in caps which is just plain 'LOOK AT ME' AND SHOUTY and I prefer understated class. MY OH has the upper case on her Fit 3 and I really do prefer my lower case for this reason.
OK, the Trumpton geezer pedalling the bike on the forks could be improved, but let's face it, Mr Dogma is hardly likely to bother turning round to laugh at it as he passes me, or, and I prefer this scenario, Mr Dogma won't be able to see it as I overtake him.
It's red, it's shiny, it's a T3.
I rest my case.

I concur about the logo's, plus, I have a Forme 3 and the nice gloss black frame is completely ruined by scattered, meaningless orange odds and sods markings. Looks like it was a Friday afternoon rush job!

What's wrong with the decal?, it could be worse, it could read 'Specialized'
