Just did a check and tribanownersclub.* are available. (Should be unless there is another TOC I don't know about ) I like the idea of the jerseys. Want to see some more designs and see how we can get this done.

Rad from the moment you are born you are against the clock!!! Lol
I think we should all pitch in with a bit of design, that way no one moans, like the site, its a collective Have to say tho, my idea was pretty much as rads red one, but black looks better and its in the rules that black is preferable As far as domain costs, what couple of hundred quid? We have 400 plus members and growing, everyone can spare a quid surely but let's not forget its red leaders call, his baby so to speak and the three was th original inspiration
At least we are moving tho, think of the pride in donning your TOC top and in getting asked about it, brilliant. 20 years from now veloTOC ride the tour! Fluffkitten for team manager!

Shimano and dura ace - lose them, a lot of riders change their components, it'd looks silly on a campag kitted bike The slanting text at the front, if you can level it.....could be onto it, do like the red fade to black, that looks mint

Personally I like Rad's simple design in the solid colours with minimal advertising. I would certainly put my name down for a couple.

Liking the ideas here. Would prefer no advertising unless it was absolutely necessary though.

Fluffkitten for team manager! You're off on one now ! Domain names are cheap as chips but as soon as you are a group handling money the fun starts. Re' speeding through life, I will refer you to the anthem below ! If you find life a race, you just can't stand the pace, Come with me to the West Country - the perfect hiding place:
Pack your bags, and make your way to Somerset, and I will lay Ten to one you'll wanna stay down in Nempnett Thrubwell. There's not a pub, there ain't a shop, you never see a traffic cop Drink up, and no-one says "stop", down in Nempnett Thrubwell.
That's where the cider's strong, the days, forty-eight hours long They've got frogs as big as dogs, that harmonise in song The pheasants all take part in shoots, the big barn owls don't give two hoots, All the fleas wear hobnail boots, down in Nempnett Thrubwell.
Now they don't care for house or car, as long as they've a cider jar They've never heard of Ringo Starr, down in Nempnett Thrubwell. You never hear of rain or snow, no hail or sleet, or rough winds blow You can hear the grasses grow, down in Nempnett Thrubwell.
Rabbits there as big as sows, the hens there look the size of cows All the pigs do Irish jigs, and pigeons pull the ploughs So leave me there, let me grow fat, and live and laugh, and after that Bury me in a cider vat, down in Nempnett Thrubwell. Sleepy Nempnett Thrubwell, dear old Somerset

Liking the ideas here. Would prefer no advertising unless it was absolutely necessary though. There lies the problem and I've been waiting for that comment - I popped Mavic on as a cheeky tester, as it's a good name and works well graphically, where you start and stop is endless; I knew some wouldn't like it and others would want to do something else. Don't for one minute think that you'll ever get everyone to agree. I have chaired various groups and have to work with committees and trusts on design issues fairly regularly - trying to get a consensus is like pea shooting at the moon - the meeting I'm at tonight will likely have the re-occurring agenda item of how to shift the club merchandise !

Do a design then! I think that's a challenge good sir! Now what website/software are you guys using? I have MS paint installed . Joking a side, a friend of mine is a designer so I can get some logo concepts done if needed. We'll just need to throw some ideas at him. Perhaps brand names should be left out unless there is a specific reason for it? i.e. sponsorship If anything I would think a btwin logo only, in reference to the Triban.

Best of luck - don't go wasting people's time though ! I have spent most of the day asking people supplying products for a reception area re-branding exercise why they have departed from the brief and why they have strayed from the concept ... by the way, I am am a part time teaching fellow at a local uni and teach design as part of that (at certain times of the year), I tear my hair out regularly lol ; if you or anyone for that matter can dial the million dollar design that appeals to everyone, then I'll toast your health but I won't be holding my breath as it likely doesn't exist .

Attachment Deleted f fs i used MS paint!!!!, couldnt figure out another way, anyway...im kinda on rads thing about keeping the manufacturers of components out of it, its nothing to do with them until they shell outr some sponsorship money for us to go advertising them on the streets of our dear land though a big red T would give a nod to the origin of the species, 357 is self explanatory

Nice and simple though!

@ rad. a "million dollar design that appeals to everyone" - I think you'll find it difficult enough getting all of us here to agree, let alone the other million @ zol. MS paint > Photoshop - the brush strokes in the black area is like a painted dream . I too thought it was an England top from the thumbnail.
