My T5A did 11,000 miles before being relegated to 'spare bike'. It has hung on a wall (with better brake calipers, saddle and wheels) unused for 18 months or so. I really must get round to selling it.
My Mach is sat on the Turbo trainer and my Ultra, which started being used again since August, is likely to go into hibernation if this weather continues. Only upgrades on those are AbsoluteBlack chainrings on both, a saddle on the Mach and 11-32 and 11-34 cassettes respectively.

Not jealous at all (really i am), just wished i had never sold mine, Red T3 (lowercase). Have you seen the prices that these Red T3s are fetching on eBay? It's nuts. Good examples are selling for over Β£250. And this for a 8 or 9 year old bike. They're actually appreciating in value.

I have been looking on Gumtree around here, and there a few who think that they are made of gold as to the prices that they are asking, i would like to get another one, but not at those prices, i'll wait for the enthusiasm of cycling to end then see how the prices drop π€.

That is crazy money considering it seems no upgrades and age!

That is crazy money considering it seems no upgrades and age! I've been looking out for a small size T3s (for my nephews) who currently ride kids-style MTBs and like my T3. But, second hand prices are utterly insane. People are asking for Β£200+ for junior size T3s. And they're getting asking prices.

My T3 is still my first go to bike all be it there have been many changes over the years latest wheelset Novatec Jetfly SL. Its always been stored indoors same stable as my Mack 700 which is still a delight on its rare outings. If I were pushed to pick at gun point to have and ride just one no question it would be the RED ONE.
