Now look what you've done Rob! www.strava.com/activities/834277086 - you can see where the quickstep (with isn't quick) ends and the jive (which is) starts. And the waltz is more steady as out class (and me in particular) are rather better at that, so we can do several minute routines at that. better watch it though, 2s in HR zone 2. I actually log these things all the time (may as well with a multisport watch, just normally set them private).

Why would I want to do that? Waltz/quickstep for the pretty ones (given they are the really close ones).
