It's totally knackered, not impressed P.... X sent out a frame in this state!!!!!!!! and in a Wheel box!
Frame Damage: The top of the head tube is dented, the bottom of the head tube is scratched, the bottom of the downtube is scratched, the plate where the rear brake cable would exit the top tube is hanging off
Fork Damage: Paint chip on right hand fork stay through to bare carbon half way down, paint chip on right hand fork stay at bottom
Not impressed would be an understatement and they have none left to replace it with

Bryan might I suggest that after you bollock them you cut a deal to retain the forks as you can surely sort a few paint chips and if you still have the original frame and forks then you could be good to go for further minimal outlay.
There are way too many horror stories of P X knocking about and I still have my own to write.

On subject of dodgy retailers, Ribble have sent me the Wong (and more expensive, but loader and less powerful) turbo. Could be fun, quote to send back to them insured by the carrier they used is Β£56.14. They are all a bit dubious at times.
