Well what can I say after being told in seotember to lay off the bike for at least 6 months I today got the all clear that the tear in the hamstring has repaired some 3/4 months ahead of schedule and I was free to get back on the bike a little bit at a time, with it being Christmas thought I would share a little happiness you lot are always really supportive with your messages and knowledge so thanks for that.

guys what can I say I've been away for a while haven't I haha this new job I got is taking all of my time along with the new puppy. The hamstring is in full working order and I haven't had a weekend free for around 5 months now which sucks as I had just got involved with ianmoss gang on a Sunday hopefully I will have a new job this time next week which gives me alternate weekends off so happy days. I just wanted to say a very late thanks for the messages guys I'm investing in a turbo trainer to get me back up to speed before I go back out with Ian's gang because there's a greater than average chance I will die!

I believe using the turbo is a very good idea, it's an essential part of maintaining my fitness. yes it's nice to get out and about but life being the way it is and juggling with time makes the turbo a handy tool to have in the box...
