Bad?
Seriously, apart from opening new tabs on items not working, regular dead links and so on, now, when I order something online to collect in store, it tells me 2 are in stock, lets me order them, lets me have the money removed from my available balance on my credit card and then... nothing, 48hrs later no contact saying "sorry, our website is crap and we had sold them" - "No, hey Rob, aren't you cool using online, they are in a nice bag at the front of the store waiting for you", no I hear nothing, so I ring up... they can see the order but nobody actioned it, and they sold the 2 they had. Oh, and the money is still not available on my credit card.
Seriously, in store they are great, but it must be one of the very worst websites for such a big company in the world.
SERIOUSLY, this stuff isn't hard, I'll happily take their money to make the website a whole lot better.

While I've never ordered anything online, I do agree that certain aspects of their website are awful. The one I really hate is not being able to open a new tab for a product I want to look at. Such a basic thing to have and it doesn't ever work.

I haven't found the search feature to be amazing either, search for 1 thing and end up with a load of irrelevant stuff!

its french.
france seems to lag a decade behind in UX matters - all french websites are really clunky.
add to that deca's legendary stock management competence...
