Regen braking on a good modern electric bike would be the closest you'll get easily.

You're going to struggle to charge something that size from a bike because so much energy is wasted when charging a battery. It's much easier to slowly feed the battery over a longer period... look into making a small windmill generator.. That should charge a battery or two.. Alternatively, try looking into modifying a normal generator to run on wood gas. You can heat a home from the fire, run the genny on the gas and it's all renewable. That will give you all the energy you could want. (I'm not a prepper, but the subject fascinates me )
