Gents Have 1 Spesh Bottle cage fitted cycling further now should i be using 2 cages with bottles the elite ones are 8.99 on Wiggle

No harm in two bottles especially if it helps the cramps, ignore any "rules" about how many you carry on what length of ride. If you are just carrying water then better to be able to pour some away when you get home than running dry! Elite cage £6.99 at Decathlon HERE Or with a bottle included £9.99 HERE

I have two cages. As a rule I will drink 500ml in an hour and a half. So if I go on my training route of an evening I just take the 500ml bottle. On the weekends when I will go out for three hours I'll take the 750ml bottle to. I'll use zero cal, which is good for preventing cramps and muscle fatigue.
Gnc recommend to drink one bottle of water for every hour on the bike.
