Its infuriating that there have been problems with the site since I first got interested in B'twin products. My latest frustration is not being able to get the online purchasing element to work! I've been trying to order over Β£70 worth of stuff (to get the free delivery) and it keeps getting stuck at the 'go to checkout' stage - It goes nowhere!
Oh well, Decathlon will have missed out on a bit of business, because I've now decided not to buy half of the stuff even if they can get it to work for me.

I've been having the same problem. I've tried it with different browsers and on a couple of different computers. I can never get passed step 1 (basket) on the checkout.

The contact us facility probably does not work either

Two emails to Decathlon and they fixed it. Apparently a known issue where the postage bit won't work properly. They called me at home to check to see if it was now working, which it was. However, the shame for Decathlon was that I initially was going to buy a load of things, but, with the problems, I had time to reconsider and only get the 'essentials'. Probably cost them (and saved me) Β£70.

They were probably losing wads of money with the glitches highlighted by Paul. Done them a big favour there.

Good that they called back, true.
I was trying to highlight the point @davefy7 picked up on, which is that a major retailer shouldn't have that type of problem as it can cost them an absolute fortune.
It seems to me that Decathlon are hampered by some pretty amateur problems, but are very good on customer service when trying to rectify them.
