Brilliant link,
Ive exported some of the routes to bike hike and checked out the gradients on there to see how hard the courses are compared to my past routes.
Day 2 to Sheffield looks like a killer. Day 3 looks like a nice recovery day with no hill over 10%, thats the kind of 100 miler that i'd want to do when i finally get around to them.

Loving looking at these.
Bram Tankink of Belkin described his ride yesterday as:
"Recon of final of the 2nd stage of TDF. This is going to be a hard one."
feeling quite proud that he describing roads i ride on! - although having the pros out and about sure makes a mess of leaderboards. dont affect me, but I think there may be some slightly miffed people around!

I was a bit surprised that Cambridge to London was 155kms. I had an idea of doing Cambridge to London at some stage, so I'll definitely be doing this route.
I like the idea of going over and doing 1 or 2 of stages 4-7 as well.

Looks like the 100climb Holme Moss segment didn't get beaten today. With all those crowds its not unexpected really.

pros found it real hard! - Laurens ten dam didnt make a single leaderboard.
saw the pain on their faces as they went by. they rode the whole 200k hard, not just chasing segments.
