Hi there,
i am looking at getting a B'Twin but am unsure on how to gauge the correct frame height for my height. Sorry for the rudimentary question but are there any guidelines to go by?
Thanks! JT

It's all very subjective, and no matter which guide you judge yourself with, it will still only be a guide. the one eric points too is quite a good though, but then I would say that because that one says I have the right size When I went to buy my Triban, I'd been riding (quite well and comfortably) a massive bike that I'd bought off the Ebay. This was a 63cm frame and I'm 178cm tall. Because I'd sort of settled into this size, when got to Decathlon to try out the bikes, the 54cm felt very small, and I went for the 57 instead. The man there took a look at me and said I needed the 54, but I couldn't get on with it at all, it felt like i was steering it from just under my navel! But I've often wondered since if I would have been better with his recommendation as it's not as comfortable as I would like sometimes. I'm also sure though, that had I bought the 54, i would now be saying that it's always been too small. such is life.
