What is the supply of 57cm versions like, Arny. I'm still waiting for my bike to be repaired at Bolton.

I'm going to collect one from Oxford as well, they said they have all sizes.

Isn't this essentially the same as the original red 3 for an extra Β£80.00?

Microshift shifters, better saddle, better brakes, new Sky-esque colours, it's 2014 as well now.

I know, but with so much competition, surely things should be even cheaper in 2014? ;-) Also, I would still rather have the Shimano over Microshift, and not sure those brakes are any different, but get the point.

Ill take Microshift over Shimano 2300 for sure, shifters work smoother. I think that new one comes with Hutchinson equinox2 as stock tire. All in all, still a bargain. New saddle also more comfortable than the previous one, tried each of them on a 50k ride, and stuck with the new one.

OKay, I'll go over everything that is on it. Microshift Levers rear and front derailleur, carbon fibre forks, aluminium frame SHIMANO SORA TRIPLE CRANKSET!!
all for an extra Β£80 and they look pretty nice.
The alur has got a confirmed date of 17/06/2014 for it arriving into warehouse so you're looking about 23rd+ before they arrive.

@pete , fair enough, if they're the same brakes as on the T3a-white then I think I mean they're better than the T3-red in terms of clearance for mudguards (I say I think, we've discussed this before on here - I can't remember if we concluded I was dreaming it or not) ... personally I had issues with the flip up adjuster on the T3-red brakes, the front one never quite worked right, even after a little tinkering session at Wednesbury, where Matt in the workshop showed me the correct assembly method (with the half moon washer) - the ones on my lad's T3a are more robust IMHO. Edit: if they're Sora cranks, then great - that's the upgrade most of the long term T3-red guys did, plus tyres - think it's justified itself in price terms.

Fair do's, but all the reviews and pictures show an 'Ounce' triple crankset?

Think Arny can look and confirm again, as he's got store access and I presume he's seen them on the bike ?

Yes, i can confirm the ones in my store had SORA cranks which, even for me, i found quite strange considering they said they werre the triban 3 with a carbon fork?...

Just been to Decathlon in Edinburgh and they had a complete range of the 500SE. I bought my 500 from the same store 2 weeks ago for Β£429, I'm pleased I got the 500 as the Shimano shifters do feel much better but with the Sora crank the only difference is the rear derailleur and shifters.
