Get yourself a current RiTMo rating and get entered into a draw to win an Alur 700 If you've got GPX files or similar of your rides you don't even have to get out of your chair. Comp closes on April 30th. www.cyclingweekly.cc/

Am I right in thinking that the Ritmo thing doesn't 'talk' to Strava?

It used to but then it stopped, @davefy7 and I dabbled with it until it didn't - if that makes sense !

I noticed that the data you give it (File exported from strava) the results are black and white. Mainly that RiTMO take the total time taken to cover the distance which gives the average. Strava can tell the moving time and use that to calculate the average. (You don't want the cafe stop robbing you of your god speed for the day)
I've uploaded just for entry to the competition...

@ianmoss did you get an obvious confirmation of your comp entry. I think I've entered but not sure...

As long as you have an active rating you'll be entered. There's no confirmation email afaik. Your Ritmo rating lasts a couple of months before it disappears so as long as you have one now, you should be covered for the comp.

It'd be funny if I won this comp as well wouldn't it? Oh how we'd all laugh

I got lucky with the triban owners club competition and headed off with Radchenister to the home of the triban, the BTWIN factory in Lille. Marvellous stuff (see separate thread)

I still haven't received an email to say I've won!
Have they announced the winner yet?

They've probably scrapped the competition as they can't get hold of the prize to give it away!!
