Got a puncture yesterday almost at the top of my hill (its one of my KOMs). Took me 20 minutes to change my tube out - front wheel (if it was the rear I would have just pushed the bike to Decathlon and let them do it! It wasn't far from me). So question for you all - just how fast is fast?
Front wheel tube change and pump? Rear wheel tube change and pump?
Try to be honest!!!!!
Took me 20 minutes for the front wheel with enough air to get me home.

I have never had a front wheel puncture so can only comment on the rear. At the moment i have an budget(budget bike!) bike and the wheels are cr*p,i get loads of rear punctures to the extent I always carry 2 spare tubes and a puncture repair kit! For a rear wheel puncture i would say 3-4 minutes including putting on latex glove for holding the chain.

12 minutes (on two occasions recently) both for the rear wheel, from stopping to being on my way again.

Well ukdaws 2 spares and PRK is standard equipment lol As to your time, well 3 to 4 minutes and including the long and lengthy process of installing a latex glove on either hand does beg the question - just how fast are you ? Sounds to me you might be on Cav's support team! Can anyone verify this time for me? I mean I certainly can't with 20 minutes for a front wheel change!

If you break down it into stages it is not difficult with practice. Like not needing to mount the tyre with levers and practice of removing the wheel.

How can you say 12 mins is more believable without seeing other peoples times, would i say 20 mins was a mighty poor effort no, i would say you need practice!! there will be people sub 5 mins and there is practically no diff between front and rear time.

No argument there! I have noted the 5 mins mentioned earlier. I am awaiting conformation from the SMT as the your 3 minutes claim so keep your pants on lol

Out of interest has anyone used self adhesive patches instead? If so, any good?

I think you will find it was 3-4 minutes, and i dont expect to be the quickest either.
