I have a Triban 300 and don't feel the need to upgrade it, except the pedals, that I replaced with Shimano's 520 straight away. The bike works perfectly as is. Decent brakes, good shifting, excellent weight for the price.
What I found it MUST be done, is regreasing and loosening the cones a bit, they come way too tight and a bit dry.
Wheels are not the best of the bunch, but I'm not going to replace them until they break.

Rarely post on this site but here's my upgrade after about 15 months of riding the T3 White.
1) Fulcrum Racing 5 LG LX 2) Clark Elite brake pads 3) Keo pedals 4) Shimano rear cassette to a bigger gear ratio 5) Clark gear and brake cable 6) San Marco saddle (will be getting a Charge Spoon soon enough) 7) Ass saver (lol, no streak up my back) 8) Aero small saddle bag 9) Shimano bottom bracket UN55 10) Michelin Lithion 2 tyres
Acc. wise 1) Garmin 810 with cadence and speed sensor (got it at a disc.) 2) Cree front lights with battery pack (for those CTC night cycling in pitch dark nights) 3) CO2 canister instead of handpump (after a flat in the middle of night decision)
To be installed
1) Columbus Tusk Straight carbon fork with carbon steerer (got a really good deal on this, really really good deal) 2) Shimano 105 groupset 3) New headset (probably FSA, need to ask advice on another thread)
