Mines from when I was an obsessive Quake 3 player , my favourite "map" was death match 6 and I could cause Havoc on it , played Q3 night and day for years very geek-like but I loved it and it took me away from the nugget in the real world  so called myself Havoc6 in Q3 and just kept it. My missus says I cause Havoc in real life too and actually has me in her phone with my nick  she's even bought me a private number plate with it ffs , this is sounding very sad  but I now cured of my online gaming and live in the real world where I'm just obsessive about my latest hobby of the moment .

It's the song Father Ted sings in Eurovision Back when I first joined the Infobahn (back in '95 or '96) the chap from Demon Internet said "what hostname do you want?" Having just watched Father Ted (and being mildly tiddly) at the time, I said "mylovelyhorse" and it just stuck

Mine is part of my first and surname. I don't really have a lot of interests in Panda's at all.

Hi mine will mean more to the Irish contingent. It is a bit of rhyming slang as my name is Carl and a Northern Ireland delicacy is a Sodafarl. Have been called it for years. A filled Soda first ting in the morning sorts out anything especially a hangover.

I want to shower you with sugar lumps, And ride you over fences Polish your hooves every single day And take you to the horse dentist. Classic. Written & performed by Neil Hannon from the Divine Comedy. Apparently, he gets asked to play this at concerts and occasionally does.

2 1/2 years ago when we were looking for a new online ID for our 'world tour' journal which we did under our real names, rather than our old ID online (some 15 years old now) which was never linked to names at all for "job" reasons for both of us, we started to come up with all sorts of wierd and wonderful ideas, but nothing really fitted.
SatNavSaysStraightOn (or SNSSO as it has become abbreviated to) arrived because we were forever seeing vehicles drive passed us (or we passed them) and the only thing they ever said was "straight on". We actually don't have SatNav or anything else and when "less certain of where we were" (on the bikes or otherwise) simply stuck with the "main" road which is usually straight on - it is easier to retrace your steps if all you have done is go straight on... so it became a bit of an "family joke", if asked where we had been/were going to, we just replied "straight on" and adding that to the in-car guidence systems we saw the rest of the world using we ended up with our new online ID.
Out first tour, (700 miles) and our 2nd (aborted world) tour (8,700 miles) were both done using paper maps and we still use paper maps now!
We also have a couple of other online ID's that are not linked to our names at all which are still active, but the main one has been retired. Too many other people started to use it!

Just simply my christian name with an "a" added onto it.
It seems when you are given a single syllable name by your parents, your mates insist on adding another one for the hell of it.

Mine was given to me by my colts rugby coach. He thought it was brilliant when he changed Richard to Dickie and added the first few letters of my surname. It then stuck and I've used it online since I created my first email address.

What are the origins of ur username out of interest, mine comes basically from my nickname as a child (twiggy) being a skinny specimen and my name being McGuigan. As the years progressed and my belly expanded it got modified to Twigster and guess what, I do a bit of DJing. What about yours, there seems to be a few interesting ones out there? Out of interest what kind of stuff do you DJ?

Initially started out as a rock/metal dj but that wasn't paying the bills so sold out and now do weddings , birthdays anything really. Breaks my heart to play the likes of YMCA but the old folk still love it. Still play the odd motorbike run which requires proper music.
